Freshly redesigned, the NEW Superfine Glass series fly rods from Orvis are built using S-2 fiberglass for a smoother, slower casting stroke, but with the strength in reserve to get the job done. With black type III anodized aluminum reel seats with wooden inserts, the Superfine Glass sports hard chrome running guides and double-foot stripping guides. Finished in a handsome matte olive blank color with a quick sight rod identifier, the Superfine Glass comes packaged in a nylon-covered rod tube with cloth storage sack included. Made in USA.
