The 20/20 Magnetic Tippet Threader from Tight-Line-Enterprises is awesome. Designed to thread a wide range of fly sizes, this handy little devise works great on flies both wet or dry, both with beadheads and without. With a strong rare-earth magnet enclosed inside a recessed pocket, simply place the fly in the depression with the eye perpendicular to the groove, slide the tippet down the guide toward and through the eye about an inch or two, then grab the tippet on either side of the fly, lift from the threader and you're ready to tie your knot!
